NOTICE OF INTENT TO RAISE WATER, WASTEWATER, AND SANITATION RATES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that that the City of San Luis, Arizona is considering possible increases in water, wastewater, and/or sanitation rates or rate components, fees, or service charges, and has set a date for public hearing on the proposed changes for July 10, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers of the City of San Luis, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona, 85349. A copy of a written report supporting the proposed changes is on file with the City Clerk of the City of San Luis and is available to the public upon request to the City Clerk. Council may take action regarding possible changes in rates, rate components, fees, or service charges on or after July 10. 2013.

NOTICE OF POSSIBLE CHANGE IN CITY BUILDING CODES

City of San Luis AZ
Please take notice that the City of San Luis may consider updating the following Building Codes from the adopted present versions: 2012 International Building Code, 2012 International Residential Code, 2012 International Property Maintenance Code, and 2012 International Existing Building Code. In addition, the City may consider the adoption of the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code, as well as possible changes or updates to the presently adopted versions of the National Electric Code, the International Plumbing Code, the International Mechanical Code, and the NFPA 1 Uniform Fire Code. In conjunction with this action, the City may be reviewing the current building fee structure for to determine if any updates are needed. For further information regarding these possible changes please contact the Department of Development Services of the City of San Luis, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
These changes may occur on or after July 1, 2013. read more
