City Of San Luis Work Session Scheduled For Wednesday, September 19, 2012, At 6:30PM

The Council conducts Work Sessions on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Work Sessions are held at 6:30pm in the San Luis City/Council Chambers, located at 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona. These meetings are open to the public.

During Work Sessions, the Council considers preliminary drafts of items to be addressed on Regular Council Meetings. Work Sessions also provide an opportunity for the Council to invite guests to discuss issues relevant to the City and its residents.

You may obtain a copy of a Work Session Agenda from the City Clerk’s Office on the Tuesday before the meeting. A printable PDF version of the agenda can also be available by email.

	NOTICE OF POSSIBLE CHANGE IN CITY BUILDING CODES City of San Luis AZ Please take notice that the City of San Luis may consider updating the following Building Codes from the adopted present versions: 2012 International Building Code, 2012 International Residential Code, 2012 International Property Maintenance Code, and 2012 International Existing Building Code. In addition, the City may consider the adoption of the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code, as well as possible changes or updates to the presently adopted versions of the National Electric Code, the International Plumbing Code, the International Mechanical Code, and the NFPA 1 Uniform Fire Code. In conjunction with this action, the City may be reviewing the current building fee structure for to determine if any updates are needed.
