It is the desire of the City of San Luis Utilities Department staff to provide exceptional and professional quality service to all city residents and those just visiting us.

Utilities staff shall strive daily to provide and maintain professional business & accounting standards, accurate data entry for all city customers. It is our goal to provide efficient office support to all city departments and divisions so in turn the city may provide quality services such as water, wastewater, solid waste and a clean city environment by maintaining city streets, roads and alleyways up to standard. Office staff shall also be committed to work as a team to best serve our community and others seeking other services we provide and process through Utilities, such as:
